Joost is een ondernemer pur sang die houdt van innovatieve avonturen. Het starten van nieuwe initiatieven en deze laten uitgroeien tot zelfvoorzienende bedrijven is zijn specialiteit. ‘De winkel opzetten’ – zoals hij het noemt.
Joost werkt momenteel aan de verdere groei van de non-profit stichting Road Trip for Life. Hij ontwikkelt en verhuurt een rolstoeltoegankelijke camper. Na het succes van de eerste bus zoekt Road Trip for Life nu financiering voor de volgende fase, de ontwikkeling van nog eens vijf rolstoeltoegankelijke campers.
Gedurende zijn professionele leven heeft hij gewerkt aan innovatieve concepten en ondernemingen. Begonnen in 2001 met de ontwikkeling van elektrische scooters. Gevolgd door het opzetten en runnen van de grootste tienermeisjes-community tussen 2007 en 2014 (voordat Facebook opkwam).
In 2015 maakte Joost de overstap van digitale marketing & social media naar digitaal leren. Bij RMMBR heeft hij diepgaande kennis opgedaan over digitale leertechnologie en op maat gemaakte leerinhoud.

Joost is a serial entrepreneur who loves innovative adventures. Starting new initiatives and growing them into self sustainable businesses is his speciality. ‘Setting up shop’ – as he calls it.
Joost is currently working on the further growth of the non profit foundation Road Trip for Life. He is developing and renting out a wheelchair accessible campervan. After the success of the first van Road Trip for Life is now seeking funding for the next phase, the development of five more wheelchair accessible campervans.
Throughout his professional life het has been working with innovative concepts and ventures. Starting in 2001 with the development of electrical scooters. Followed by publishing and operating the largest teen girl community between 2007 and 2014 (before Facebook had entered the market).
In 2015 Joost made the switch from digital marketing & social media to digital learning. At RMMBR he gained deep knowledge on digital learning technology and bespoke learning content.
